The SACSA Foundation strengthens our Association by funding educational initiatives, research, and professional development opportunities for members. Through generous donor support, the Foundation sustains SACSA’s mission and helps us live our core values of learning, leadership, inclusion, and service.
Your contributions fund initiatives such as the Dissertation of the Year Award and the Research Incentive Grant, while also supporting conference travel assistance and recognition programs that celebrate excellence within our Association.

Here are some examples of how the Foundation supports SACSA and its members:
SACSA annually awards small grants to advance research projects by members and research teams. The average award is $500, with potential for larger amounts for exceptional proposals.
The Foundation’s purpose is to support the work of the Association. Each year, the Executive Council proposes a budget aligned with the strategic plan and committee initiatives.
During the annual conference, the Foundation funds the graduate student case study competition, encouraging scholarship and collaboration.
