SACSA News Guidelines

Please keep things guidelines in mind when creating SACSA News content

  • Members are expected to submit content 5-7 business days to the requested publication date
  • Proofread your content before submitting it through the online form. Submission for SACSA News allows for bold, italics, underlining, and the opportunity to hyperlink. As long as editing isn't necessary for punctuation and grammar, we will honor your formating preference to underscore and highlight various words, sentences, etc.
  • Submit content no less than 200-300 words
  • A photo (banner) attachment is required. Be sure the graphic is measured at 596 x 372 pixels and max of 2 MB. Resources such as Canva can be helpful - if you would like assistance, be sure to reach out before your submission.
  • SACSA News will generally remain on our website; however, you're encouraged to submit it as a social media or SACSA News Content
  • Visit our social media form request to have your SACSA News posted there. Be sure to adhere to those guidelines and submit separate graphics.
  • Visit our SACSAlert form request to your SACSA News posted there. Be sure to adhere to those guidelines and specifically the timeline to ensure we add your content in accordance with the submission timeline.
