Dr. Adrienne Michele Craig

Dr. Adrienne Michele Craig is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She has over 20 years of experience in Student Affairs working at universities in North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Her areas of expertise center around co-curricular involvement, student leadership, and engagement.

She is active in NASPA Region III and its advisory board, having previously served as the Director of the Mid-Manager Institute (2025 & 2026) and as the inaugural Director of Mentorship & Coaching (2026-2028). Her areas of research and engagement include the experiences and support of new and mid-level professionals.

Dr. Craig is a proud first-generation college student and alumna of Old Dominion University and Virginia Tech. She is also a proud mom to her goldendoodle, Hercules Lamont JaBarkus Craig.

Dr. Tiffany Birdsong

Dr. Tiffany Birdsong serves as Associate Provost and Dean for Student Success at Randolph-Macon College, where she leads the College's efforts to support student achievement, retention and engagement. Birdsong is a passionate advocate for student development and success, leading the implementation of the Randolph-Macon EDGE, an integrated, institution-wide approach that connects academic advising, career development, mentoring, global experiences, and student support.

Her work focuses on helping students discover their purpose, navigate their academic journey, and prepare for meaningful lives and careers after graduation.

Before joining Randolph-Macon College, Tiffany spent more than a decade at Richard Bland College, where she served in a series of leadership roles including Associate Professor of Psychology, Chair of the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department, Chief Academic Officer, and Chief of Staff. A licensed clinical psychologist and graduate of Manhattan University and La Salle University, she has built her career around advancing student success through authentic leadership, strategic innovation, and student-centered approaches.

During the 2024-25 academic year, she completed an American Council on Education (ACE) Fellowship at Randolph-Macon College, working with campus leaders on strategic planning and institutional initiatives that support student success and organizational growth.

A passionate advocate for student-centered education, Dr. Birdsong believes that learning is most powerful when it is connected to purpose and remains dedicated to helping students build meaningful lives of impact and success.

Mr. Aaron Dixon

Mr. Aaron Dixon is the Assistant Vice President for Student Success and Executive Director of the Freshman Academy at Alabama A&M University. Mr. Dixon supports undergraduate advising, academic support services, and other student success initiatives aimed at removing barriers to student persistence and graduation.

He received a bachelor's degree in biology from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, a master's degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Leadership and Decision Making at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.
