To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written email request and justification must be sent to Dr. Tony Cawthon at executive.director@sacsa.org. Please enter 2025 SACSA Conference Refund in the subject line. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Credit card refunds are processed within seven business days of receipt. For check refunds, please allow ten business days for processing. Exceptions to the policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made within two weeks of the conference.
*Registrations will be refunded to the credit card that was used for payment. A new receipt reflecting the refund, if approved, will be sent to the person who made the initial payment.
Refund Request Deadlines
Attendee substitutions are welcome. Substitutes should be the same member type. Individuals seeking to substitute their attendance must submit their request via email to Dr. Tony Cawthon at executive.director@sacsa.org no later than 10 business days before the start of the conference, October 22, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. EST.
