The Bridge Is Built: Explore the SACSA 2026 Conference Program Slate

The bridge forward is taking shape! SACSA is excited to announce the 2026 conference program slate for the 76th SACSA Conference with NASPA Region III in Greenville, South Carolina. With this year's theme,The Bridge Forward: Reshaping, Reigniting, Reclaiming, the approved program slate creates opportunities for SACSA members to connect across institutions, engage with new ideas, share promising practices, and continue building the future of student affairs together.

With a diverse collection of program styles, attendees can customize their conference experience based on their interests, professional roles, and learning preferences. Future of Student Affairs Summit Sessions create space for forward-thinking conversations about the evolving landscape of student affairs and the future of our profession. General Interest Sessions offer opportunities to explore timely topics, innovative practices, research, and strategies through engaging presentations and interactive learning. Graduate Student Highlight Sessions spotlight the scholarship, experiences, and contributions of graduate students across the SACSA region, while complementing the Graduate Sessions aimed to provide learning and professional development opportunities specifically designed with graduate students and emerging professionals in mind.

Attendees can also explore Institutional Type Sessions, which center the unique experiences, opportunities, and challenges associated with different institutional contexts. Poster Sessions provide an interactive format for sharing research, assessment, initiatives, and promising practices. Roundtable Discussions create space for dialogue, idea exchange, and community building around shared topics and questions. Finally, Sponsor Sessions offer opportunities to connect with corporate partners, explore resources and emerging solutions, and learn from organizations invested in supporting higher education and student affairs.

Across these program styles, sessions are organized into three conference categories designed to help us reshape, reignite, and reclaim our work:

  • Collaborative Decision-Making and Sharing Responsibility - exploring partnership, collaboration, leadership, community, and shared responsibility in our work.
  • Cultivating Skills and Sustaining Professional Resilience - focusing on professional growth, skill development, well-being, resilience, and the practices that help us thrive in student affairs.
  • Innovating Practices and Navigating Change - examining emerging trends, creative approaches, innovation, technology, and the changing landscape of higher education.

Ready to start building your conference experience? We encourage you to begin exploring the accepted programs and identifying the conversations, sessions, and connections that will help you make the most of your time in Greenville.
